Adjustments and Mobilizations

Chiropractic adjustments help to alleviate pain or dysfunction between joints. Adjustments use a high-velocity and low-amplitude thrust, while mobilizations use a low-velocity, high amplitude thrust.

Muscular Release Therapy (M.R.T.)

Can help decrease spasm and tightness in muscles. It can be described as a movement based stretching technique used for muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia.

Rehabilitation

After the pain-relief phase, and concurrently during treatment, rehab is used to help you get back to functioning optimally, with the use of exercises and activities.

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics are individualized shoe inserts that temporarily help to balance the mechanics of the body stemming from the lower extremities, via proprioception.

Dr. Jasdip Purba
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)

I have always been a perfectionist with attention to detail, have had a keen interest in the human body, and in helping people achieve their goals.

My passion for chiropractic was ignited when I learned that there was more to treating health issues than surgery, medications, IFC and heat therapy. As I began working as a chiropractor, I recognized a healthcare system that was broken.

I knew I had to make a difference!

I offer an individialized, patient-centered treatment plan based on a comprehensive and detailed assessment to find the root cause and a diagnosis that you understand.

I listen. I care. I empower.

I want you to do what you thought was IMPOSSIBLE. I want you to SUCCEED. I want you to reach your goals and live a happy and beautiful life.

If you could do more, what would you do!?

Khalid Jajou - Registered Massage Therapist

Khalid Jajou
Registered Massage Therapist

Khalid brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to his massage therapy treatments. After working in acute health-care settings after graduating from medical school abroad, finishing his residency in trauma and general surgery in Baghdad, Iraq, then moving to the USA where he became a licensed first surgeon assistant, he spent twelve years participating in orthopaedic and sport medicine surgical procedures in teaching hospitals in Michigan.

As a registered massage therapist and a massage therapy clinical instructor, Khalid's philosophy is that therapeutic massage should not follow "a cookie cutter" approach, instead it should be customized to focus on resolving a patient's unique condition. He believes that massage therapy as an alternative medical modality is a great complement to conventional-traditional medicine.

Khalid has experience in assessing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including, but not limited to, acute and chronic muscular injuries, joints sprains, impaired flexibility, post-surgical soft tissues adhesions, medically and surgically related lymphatic flow abnormalities, poor foot circulation, post-operative edematous swellings, temporomandibular dysfunctions (TMJD) and prenatal massage treatment.

When Khalid is not working, he spends his time running, working out, playing soccer and continued research.
